Patrick Chapman, MS, LPC, NCC

Patrick Chapman received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Scranton and subsequently earned his Master of Science in Counseling, with a concentration in School Counseling from Villanova University. Patrick is a full-time school counselor and part-time mental health counselor who is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania. His goal in pursuing state licensure is to enhance and grow his therapeutic pedigree by providing holistic mental health care to local members of his community. Patrick’s skills and experience center around individual and group therapy with adolescents, and he is looking forward to expanding his counseling repertoire to adult clientele.

Patrick has professional affiliations through the American Counseling Association (ACA) as well as the American School Counseling Association (ASCA). Patrick is committed to continue to grow as a counselor through ongoing professional development opportunities geared towards implementing best practices that enhance the counselor-client relationship. His integrated approach to therapy is grounded in Rogerian Client-Centered Therapy that includes elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Reality Therapy.

In his spare time, Patrick enjoys doing crossword puzzles, playing basketball, running, cheering for Philadelphia sports teams, and spending time with his family and friends.
